Top Events was destined to be a success.  The vision began when Kim Topps was a young child as she baked cakes and cookies in her Easy Bake Oven, helping her mother prepare for dinner or planning a Christmas party for her Junior Choir.

Kim Topps has the gift of administration, an implacable eye for detail and is personable with all clientele.  Upon receiving many compliments from family members and friends for years, Top Event Planners was formed.

Kim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and a Masters in Business Administration from Le Tourneau University with a concentration in International Business and International Marketing.  To enhance her skills she has also received certification in Floral Design in Wedding and Floral Arrangement Design from the Houston Floral Design School.  She also attends workshops and seminars sponsored by Tella Floral.
